Celebrating Commitment to Affordable Housing

In October 2023, SwedishAmerican Health Foundation was honored to be inducted into Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity’s Hall of Fame at their 35th Anniversary Gala inaugural induction ceremony. The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals and organizations who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, commitment and excellence to improving lives through improving housing opportunities in our community.
We are proud of our legacy work that has made a significant impact on affordable housing in the Rockford area. Thank you, Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity, for the recognition and for the important work you do locally to improve homes, families, neighborhoods and our community!
